Roasted Shrimp Cocktail

2 lbs (12 to 15 count) raw shrimp, peeled and deviened
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tbsp prepared horseradish
2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
a few dashes of Tabasco
1. Preheat your oven to 400.
2. Mix shrimp, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Spread shrimp onto a lined baking sheet into a single layer. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
3. While shrimp are baking, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
4. Remove shrimp, serve warm alongside cocktail sauce.
